Organisations can create donation opportunities, once-off volunteer opportunities, long-term volunteer opportunities, and skills-based opportunities.
How do supporters find our organisation?
Supporters discover organisations through opportunities posted on the platform. As people engage with your opportunities, they can learn more about your organisation and the work you do.
Can we communicate with supporters?
Yes, although communication features currently vary by opportunity type. For once-off opportunities, organisations can communicate directly with volunteers through a dedicated event group chat. For skills-based and long-term opportunities, supporters can express interest through the platform and organisations receive their contact details to continue the conversation directly. We're actively working on additional communication and community management tools.
How can we share feedback?
